General Rules

*You must be a member to use the arena. You are subject to be questioned about your membership by any board or general member. This is not to be offensive, simply for control and protection of paying members.

*No alcohol, drugs, or tobacco on grounds.

*Negative coggins required on all horses.

*No horses tied to fencing including panels. No horses allowed in bleacher, pavilion, or concession area.

*Any person exhibiting abusive treatment to animals of any kind or other individuals will be asked to leave.

*Any horse determined by the Board of Director’s as unsafe will be asked to remove them from the grounds.

*Any abusive, disrespectful and/or profane language or any type of unsportsmanship conduct on these grounds will result in being asked to leave.

*We suggest protective head gear for all youth under 18 years of age.

*You are expected to clean up after yourself.

*Additional entry fees will be required to participate in events and shows.

*Children under the age of 18 years of age must have adult supervision.

*All members are reminded that they ride at their own risk. Safety gear is strongly recommended for all riders.

Florida Statues 375.251 states an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

*All members and guest participating in functions involving horses shall sign a Hold Harmless Agreement.

*All events/shows will have additional rules and regulations specific to that activity. They will be posted in advance of the event/show.

*The Board of Directors has the ability to cancel an event/show because of inclement weather.

*The days and hours the grounds are open will be posted. The Board of Directors has the ability to change the days and hours with 48 hours advance notice to members.

*Overnight camping may be permitted with approval from the Board of Directors.

*Any grievance concerning event/shows procedures or use of the grounds must be brought to the Board of Directors. Their decision will be final.

*Horses must be at a walk when entering and exiting alleyway from outside.

Abuse of privileges

First time offender – verbal warning

Second time offender - $50 fine

Third time offender – membership revoked
